Sheet Pan Suppers is about cooking on a sheet pan (read: easy set-up, easy clean-up!) and I think you might be into it.

Want to know more about the Sheet Pan Suppers?  OKAY!

Some things you might need to get started:

  • A stainless steel or aluminum sheet pan (this one’s just a suggestion – any brand will do)
  • aluminum foil or parchment paper (these are pre-cut to fit! how cool!)
  • a wire rack (you won’t need this for all of the recipes, but it’s helpful for a few)

And… that’s pretty much it!!  From here you can whip up an easy appetizer, throw together a simple dinner, dazzle your friends with homemade brunch, or bake up a crowd-pleasing dessert!

    I just finished a 90- minute flip through of your book, and I AM SO AMAZED. EVERY recipe looked amazing and delicious, I can’t wait to try them. I borrowed my copy from the library but I think this is definitely one I will want to buy and have on hand, I’m even thinking about cooking through the whole book. I have also loved reading through the blurbs before each recipe – so friendly and fun and a great intro to the food, especially if it’s an unfamiliar dish. Way to go, thank you for producing a quality, tantalizing work!

    Just wanted to let you know you have your own little fan club going at WhatsCookingGR. I got your book after reading about it in a magazine and was immediately smitten. Started posting pics of the recipes and other group members followed suite. Especially love the broccolini/chicken and eggplant/chickpea but all of the many recipes I/we’ve tried have been great. Thanks so much for getting us out of the grind/blandness of one-pot meals into the roasty taste of sheet pan meals. Can’t wait for your next cookbook!

      Why is there not an errata published for the errors in step 5. Very confusing. I am a seasoned cook and I was scratching my heat about the step 5 instructions. Imagine what a beginner cook might think.
