Some things you might need to get started:
- A stainless steel or aluminum sheet pan (this one’s just a suggestion – any brand will do)
- aluminum foil or parchment paper (these are pre-cut to fit! how cool!)
- a wire rack (you won’t need this for all of the recipes, but it’s helpful for a few)
And… that’s pretty much it!! From here you can whip up an easy appetizer, throw together a simple dinner, dazzle your friends with homemade brunch, or bake up a crowd-pleasing dessert!
